Mr. Ellin has served as a director of our Company since July 1, 2020 and as the Executive Chairman of our board of directors since December 14, 2022. Mr. Ellin is LiveOne’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the board of directors and has been serving in such roles since its inception. Prior to such date Mr. Ellin served in various capacities with Loton, LiveOne’s predecessor, as its founder. Mr. Ellin has more than 20 years of investment and turnaround experience.
