Prior to joining PTC, Dr. Golden served as Chief Medical Officer of Espero Pharmaceuticals, Inc, a former privately-held, development-stage cardiovascular pharmaceutical company, from October 2018 to May 2020 and as Chief Medical Officer of Gemphire Therapeutics, Inc., a former publicly traded clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, from October 2016 to September 2018.
